Ukrainian Catholic University Declares Autonomy of Its Voice in Election Process 10.01.2009, [20:49] LVIV — On September 19, 2009, at its session, the Senate of the Ukrainian Catholic University (UCU) approved a new wording of the document “Policy of the university on the election process in Ukraine,” which was first passed by the institution in 2004. In the document, the UCU community states that it wishes to preserve the autonomy of its voice and fitting neutrality toward the diversity of parties and election blocks.
